Black Swan Inn Policies
Black Swan Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. Please read through our policies below.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include state and local taxes.
Check-in / Check-out
A credit card is required to make a reservation, however, the card is only used to hold the room. Unless specified, the card will not be charged before check-in. Upon check-in, you may choose the form of payment.
Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm, but later check-in can be arranged in advance. There is a $10.00 an hour charge for an earlier check-in or an extended checkout.
Office hours are 8:30 am - 10:00 pm Monday-Saturday. After hours and on Sunday we have an employee on site for emergencies and late check-ins. We have someone available 24/7.
If today is a Sunday, and you want to stay tonight, call for availability. The answering machine will give you a phone number to call.
Number of Guests
Suites are designed to accommodate 2 people only unless prior arrangements are made by phone. No parties.
All of our suites are non-smoking suites. A charge will be issued if smoking occurs. Guests are welcome to smoke outside the building.
A charge will be issued for any room damage done to the suite.
Children are not allowed in any suite unless prior arrangements are made by phone. (Infants up to nine months are welcome.)
We cannot accommodate pets.
